Some novel imidazolone derivatives were synthesized in excellent yields and evaluated for their antifungal activities. The structures of the prepared compounds were proved by IR, 1H-NMR, Mass spectra. The antifungal activities of imidazolone derivatives were evaluated by the agar well diffusion method. From the result of biological activity 2-((4-(4-chlorobenzylidene)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydrooxazol-2-yl)methyl)isoindoline-1,3-dione (1) showed high activity against Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus ochrachous.
